Greetings!

Happy Summer! I hope you are enjoying your summer and finding new and better ways to increase your sales and profits. I continue to work on ways in which to integrate the Universal Laws of Life, into the business of doing business.
For example, one of these laws is the Law of Attraction. I am developing ways to apply this law to the attraction of more customers. It is working! I am offering my coaching and consulting services to teach others how to use these laws for their benefit as well. These laws can be used to create/attract ANYTHING you want! Call me! The results will be amazing!

  • Cause and Effect

    Absolutely everything we do-EVERYTHING- has a consequence. It is important that we understand this because it is a law of life as powerful as the law of gravity!
    Whether at work, or in your personal life, it is important to be aware of each and everything you are doing/saying/choosing, realizing that there will be a consequence (effect). What we send out into the world, is exactly what we will receive!
    If you want better communication, you must be a better communicator; if you want more love in your life, you must give more love, if you want better friendships, you need to be a better friend. If you want more clients, you need to connect with more people-- and be a client--pretty simple stuff. At least, it seems to be simple, but living it, may not be so simple, unless we are aware. Now that you are aware, you can think about this idea and see if it is the truth in YOUR life. Practice giving what you want to receive. Love to hear your results!


    Thoughts Create Our Reality

    More and more quantum physics is proving something I already realized was the truth: our thoughts have the power to create our experiences. We have known for years that words are very powerful. Truth is, thoughts are unspoken words-- they too have great power. Our conscious thoughts, trickle into our subconscious mind and assist us in creating what we want. They seem to conspire to put us in places which will be of benefit, connect us to people who are the right ones for us to meet, and aid us in the support of that which we desire.
    This is really an old idea, one which has been around for many years. Now, however physicists are showing physically, the connection between our mind, our thoughts and our reality. So, be mindful of your thoughts!
    If you want to be the best sales rep in your company (or anything else you want, for that matter), continue to tell yourself you ARE the best, you are number one. See yourself doing exactly what it is you want and continue to mentally tell yourself it is already done. It will manifest. So, create success in your mind and thoughts and surely it will be demonstrated in your results!


    Building Trust

    Because trust plays an important role in the buy/sell environment, it can be helpful to know what comes before trust in the relationship between buyer and seller.

    A recent research study identified four possible pre- trust elements:
    Ethics — Conducting business with honesty and using good business practices, such as high quality products or services, high-value prices, and a high standard of customer service. Ethics may consist of organizational policies or individual moral values.
    Bonding — Conducting an individualized and value-added relationship over a long period of time. May include feelings of friendship.
    Empathy — The ability to see a situation from another person’s perspective.
    Reciprocity — Providing favors or making allowances in return for similar favors or allowances.

    In the model constructed by the authors of the study, each of these elements plays a role in developing trust. If you wonder why your interaction with one of your buyers hasn’t developed into a trusting relationship, perhaps one of these elements has been missing.

    Coming Soon: Nonviolent Communication

    Sometimes called 'Compassionate Communication' this class is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg. I will be teaching this class in downtown Baltimore. It will start sometime in September. Dates are being firmed up now. The class will run for 8 weeks, 1 1/2 hours each session and will cost $80 or $12 per session. If this is of interest to you, send me an email and I will make sure you get the start date, once it is determined.
