Dear Iris,
Happy Summer One and All: I don't know about you, but
sunshine really makes my day. It seems to put me in a better
mood and increase my energy level. How 'bout you? Are you the
sunshine at your workplace or do you go around in a cloud of
gloom? If you want better results, try bringing some (being
the) sunshine into your office; it does make a difference!

presentation? |

What is included as part of your sales presentation?
There are certain things which should definitely be
included and reviewed before actually seeing a prospect.
Among them your presentation should: * Focus
on the benefits as they relate to the specific problems
of the prospect * Begin with the most
important benefit and continue in descending
order * Include a brief background on your
company * Include illustrations *
Include opportunities for prospects to engage in the
discussion * Include NO FLUFF *
Include a strong conclusion which clearly outlines the
benefits the prospect will receive.

well-deserved break from the daily work routine. Whether
it's a rest in the Rockies, a drive to Disney World, or
a jaunt to Jamaica, here are some helpful tips for
getting the most of your time off. Before you leave:
- Schedule work so everything is done before you
leave
- Complete all important tasks two weeks before you
leave
- Tie up loose ends
- Notify anyone who should know your schedule
When you return:
- Ease back into work gradually
- Talk with your supervisor
- Take care of mail and phone calls

Enthusiasm is Job
One |
|
|
|
Enthusiasm is the #1 essential trait of the top sales
people in the world. In the sales profession, it is
translated as the ability to transfer your feelings and
beliefs about your product or service to your prospect,
which brings about one of the major reasons the prospect
says YES to the order.
Our clients are not just the people we call on
outside of our company, they are also those we deal with
INSIDE our company. Our internal clients are just as
important as our external clients. We depend on them to
help us get our jobs done. Afterall, what would we do
without our administrative assistants, the credit
department, the delivery people? So, next time you are
not in the best of moods, leave the gloom at the
company's doorstep and instead, bring in some enthusiasm
and sunshine. It goes a long way in getting the support
you need when you need it!
