competitors, zero in on these 9 areas of concern:
- Nature of Organization Knowledge of a
competitor's organization give you an idea about
projected plans.
Zero in on: Is it a
strong company? What size is it? What is it's direction
and vision? Will this company have a long life?
- Marketing Forces Knowing the strengths and
weaknesses of your competitor's marketing methods
helps you enhance your own strengths.
Zero
in on: Into what markets does this company promote
its products/services? Does it sell to diverse
industries? Is the focus on niche and specialty
offerings or commodities?

will facilitate a Leadership Class with Dr. Judy Powell
in Cockeysville, Maryland.

The class will run from 7:30-9:30pm
on Thursday nights in Dr. Powell's home in
Cockeysville.

me, there are a myriad of others who sell a product that
is very similar to yours. So, how do we compete in
today's market?
One of the ways we do this is by
knowing our competition and being the very best that we
can be.
